SiLM94108-AQ series
8-channel programmable half bridge motor driver
SiLM94108-AQ is an 8-channel half bridge driver with protection function, widely used in automotive drive motor control, such as driving applications for heating, exhaust, and air conditioning wing DC motors. SiLM94108-AQ directly controls up to 8 channels of half bridge output through the SPI communication interface. The half bridge driver can be used to drive DC motors to work independently, sequentially, or in parallel. The motor can be controlled in forward, reverse, braking, and sliding states through a 16 bit SPI interface. SiLM94108-AQ can provide system diagnostic features such as output short circuit, open circuit, power failure, and over temperature detection, and has the advantage of low static current.
