SiLM534xT series
40V, 1A 4A compatible optocoupler single channel isolated driver
SiLM534xT is a single channel compatible optocoupler isolated gate driver product series, suitable for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs. Its peak driving current ranges from 1.0A to 4.0A and has different UVLO voltages. Compared with optocoupler gate drivers, its performance and reliability have been significantly improved, while maintaining compatibility with optocoupler gate isolation driver pins. Performance improvements include high common mode transient immunity (CMTI), low propagation delay, and smaller pulse width distortion.
The input stage of SiLM534xT is an analog diode, which has no aging problem and high reliability compared to traditional optocouplers. Using SOP6W-T packaging, the creepage distance and air gap distance are greater than 8mm. Its relative leakage trace index (CTI) is greater than 400V. The high performance and reliability of SiLM534xT make it very suitable for all types of motor drivers, solar inverters, industrial power supplies, and electrical appliances.
