SLM6260 series
24V, 6A DC-DC boost converter
SLM6260 is a high-performance, fixed frequency, current mode PWM boost DC-DC converter that includes an internal power MOSFET. The SLM6260 includes an integrated 50m Ω power switch that can support peak currents of up to 6A and output voltages of up to 24V. SLM6260 uses peak current control topology to regulate output voltage. Under moderate to heavy load conditions, SLM6260 operates in Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode, while under light load conditions, it operates in Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) mode to improve efficiency. SLM6260 utilizes simple external loop compensation to optimize the overall solution size, cost, and transient performance.
